With great experience in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Pinnacle Peak, Phoenix, Fountain Hills and Arcadia, Gilbert's knowledge, intelligence and energy are true keys to his success.
To know Gilbert is to know that he is the consummate adventurer, student of life, teacher and professional all rolled up into one impressive man.
Gilbert was born and raised in the southwestern region of France. He was educated at a prestigious French military academy and earned a degree in mathematics. He had a successful teaching career that he chose to leave when adventure and travel beckoned.
When he moved to Phoenix over 20 years ago, Gilbert decided to get his real estate license and has built a solid career in real estate here. He signed on with MERRILL LYNCH in 1984, which became COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE. Sixty days later, he was the top selling agent in that office. After just three years, Gilbert made the largest single transaction to date for the company.
Gilbert not only works hard, he tries to work smart-building on the experiences of the past to be more effective. His goal is to always find a way that is "better, faster, and easier". He says the keys to his success include dedication, hard work and commitment. Today, about 90 percent of his business comes from referrals.
Gilbert also credits part of his success to education. He is always striving to learn new things, both in business and in his personal life. He has trained with BRIAN BUFFINI'S REFERRAL SYSTEMS, one of the country's top real estate coaching companies.
As a balance to life Gilbert trains in energy and martial arts (he holds a rank of "master" in Kyusho-Jitsu). He enjoys giving back to the art by teaching and holding seminars.
Gilbert is a man with boundless energy, a love of people and a passion for his business and for life.
Gilbert recently had the privilege of being recognized through nominations from his peers as a featured agent in our industry publication, Broker Agent Magazine. This was quite an honor for me, as there are tens of thousands of agents practicing in the Valley, and only a few dozen agents are recognized each year.
